That experience, combined with Michele's background enforcing civil rights compliance, leading federally funded workforce programs, and coaching executives through organizational transformation, gives her a perspective that is both deeply credentialed and profoundly human. She not only speaks to executives, but she speaks for them in naming what they carry (but rarely say out loud) and offers a roadmap to lead from a place of wholeness rather than performance.
Still a fierce advocate for organizational justice, Michele founded The PEACE in Power Platform™ in 2025 as a transformative framework to help organizations develop, retain, and re-energize women leaders. As a speaker, coach, and advisor, she is trusted and well-respected by all of her clients for creating safe, engaging experiences where audiences are compassionately challenged and inspired to uplift both humanity and the bottom line.
