With over 25 years of experience leading and guiding executives across business, government, nonprofit, and faith-based organizations. Michele has emerged as an authority on holistic leadership, innovative professional development, and inclusive employee experience. Drawing from her extensive frontline, executive, and entrepreneurial endeavors, which included her own journey navigating and surviving toxic leaders, Michele is deeply committed to supporting managers and executives who seek to build—not break—the spirit of their teams. Throughout her career, she has served on "both sides of the aisle" as a government EEO compliance investigator and statewide HR/DEI executive. In both roles she provided technical guidance and consult to multi-sector executives, HR, DEI, and legal professionals. From that unique and hands-on perspective, along with her lived experiences, Michele applies hard-won insight and wisdom to promoting leadership and workforce solutions that equip and empower both to cultivate cultures that consistently invite engagement, ignite performance, and inspire retention.
